I stayed at this charming hotel for my last night in town. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the park and Old Town. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotless. The staff were friendly and even arranged a taxi to the airport for me. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming place! The rooms and hostel were beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and modern shared bathrooms. The location was superb, just outside the old town but very close to everything. I loved the quiet neighborhood, allowing for a good night's sleep. The highlight for me was definitely the upstairs terrace area, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning sun with a view of the city.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the center of the city. We were able to easily access the old town and the harbor, which was perfect for exploring. Additionally, it was situated in a quiet area, so we didn't have to deal with noise from the bustling city. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-appointed and had spacious showers, and we especially liked the ground floor room we stayed in, which had a small patio outside. The decor was sleek and modern, with all black furniture that gave the room a stylish touch. Another highlight was the breakfast, which we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace. The view from up there was simply magnificent, making for a breathtaking start to the day.

All was just right, couldn't ask for more.

I recently stayed at Sunlight House for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging transfers and dinner reservations in advance. Check-in was quick and efficient. The guesthouse was spotless and in a super location, close to all the attractions. The self-service breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable for a solo traveler.

amazing b&b, staff was so friendly and accommodating. room was spacious with a comfy bed. no heating but they provide good electric heaters and extra warm blankets. breakfast included, simple but filling. previous stay in faro didn't compare, but this time, sunlight house exceeded all expectations during our family holiday.

Noisy corridor, but earplugs saved the day.

We stayed at Sunlight House for two nights and enjoyed our time there. The triple room was spacious and we appreciated having a kettle for tea. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The rooftop dining area was a nice bonus and we liked that they sold wine and other goodies at reception. The staff were helpful and gave us tips for things to do. The location was perfect, close to the old city and city center. we had a great stay.

Sunlight House offers excellent value for money, with a convenient location just outside the walls of the old town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy stunning views from the roof terrace/breakfast room, overlooking the city's attractions. The friendly and efficient staff ensure a pleasant experience, and the tea tray in the room adds to the convenience.

The noise from the planes flying overhead can be a drawback to consider.

The value for money at this hotel was incredible, and the room itself was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore and enjoy all of the nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet my needs, including helping me store my bicycle and arranging an early taxi to the airport. They even made me a packed breakfast when I had to leave before the official breakfast time. my experience at this hotel was faultless.

We were delighted with our recent stay at Sunlight House. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep. The friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The cleanliness and tasteful decor of the facilities were impressive. The breakfast provided was ample and beautifully presented. We would definitely choose to stay at Sunlight House again. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Had a pleasant stay during Thanksgiving weekend. the breakfast was perfect for us, although some may find it small. the staff was courteous and helpful. the location was spot on, away from the city’s hustle-bustle yet walking distance to all the attractions. We loved the terrace, perfect for enjoying the warm sun. A well-equipped kitchen was a bonus for us as we’re big foodies.

The shared bathroom concept was a bit of a letdown for us. It’s a good idea for those on a budget but sharing a bathroom with other guests was not so convenient.
