The staff at this hotel were amazing! They provided excellent service and made us feel so welcome during our Christmas stay. the beautiful gardens were a highlight, especially with the added bonus of the thermal pools. Having access to the pools in the mornings and evenings when it was quiet was a real treat. the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch.

It would have been nice to have a designated area where children were not allowed, especially in the bar after 7PM. there was a constant battle with the brown mineral sediment from the thermal baths, which would get everywhere despite the hotel's efforts to keep everything clean.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens and hot spring pools. The environment was stunning, with an indoor swimming pool and spa facilities. The highlight was the opportunity to access the botanical garden and hot springs 24/7, which was an amazing experience. The rooms were well-maintained despite being a bit aged, and the staff was friendly and professional. I also enjoyed the substantial breakfast and had a great dining experience at the restaurant.

The genius chef, Valter Vieira, prepared extraordinary dinners in the hotel dining room, and the front desk staff treated us exceptionally well. We had an amazing stay at Terra Nostra Garden! It was our 5-year wedding anniversary and the staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne. The breakfast options were delicious and the location was excellent, with restaurants within walking distance. The thermal pool and botanical garden at night were a memorable experience. The highlight was being able to visit the garden at all hours, free of charge. We loved having the entire pool to ourselves and gazing up at the stars. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel provided a great atmosphere and ambiance for a relaxing Christmas vacation. the indoor pool area was a nice retreat and the Turkish bath and sauna were a bonus. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions and enjoying the beauty of the surroundings.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful 4-star hotel and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. The location of this place is truly stunning, nestled in a botanical garden with its own thermal spa. It felt like a hidden oasis, with beautiful Terra gardens and warm waters to enjoy for ourselves once the crowds had left. The hotel itself is very luxurious, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. We had a lovely balcony with a view of the evergreen scenery, perfect for relaxation and meditation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there to assist and provide helpful tips. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served high-quality food with great diversity.

The staff were exceptional, always helpful and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and clean, and the balconies in the newer building were great. The breakfast was delightful, with a staggering variety of options. But the highlight for me was the magnificent botanical gardens and the vast thermal pool. It was fantastic to relax there among the beautiful trees and mountains.

As women traveling alone, we absolutely loved the ability to explore the Botanical Park outside of public hours. It felt incredibly safe and we were able to enjoy the serene beauty in peace. The private access to the thermal pool and jacuzzi after hours was truly a highlight - it was one of the most relaxing experiences we've ever had. The Garden bar and restaurant were also fantastic, with friendly staff and delicious food. The option to choose from daily specials for breakfast added a fun twist to our mornings. We were upgraded to a lovely room with a view of the grounds, and we were pleasantly surprised by the indoor pool and spa area, complete with sauna rooms. an amazing stay that exceeded our expectations.
