We had a great stay at the Brookside Motel & Cabins. the location was excellent, with easy access to the highway for sightseeing. It was a bit of a walk into the village, but nothing too bad. the cabins had a cozy and cute atmosphere, and we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the wildlife. the grounds were beautiful, with shaded areas, grills, and a swing set. the pool was clean and well-maintained, and we saw that people were enjoying it. it was a wonderful experience.

My recent stay at a charming motel by a brook was delightful. the staff, especially Nancy, took great care of us throughout our stay. the rooms were well-equipped and in excellent condition. We loved spending time in the beautiful outdoor space, enjoying conversations with family day and night. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful place again.

The clean rooms and well-maintained facility made for a perfect retreat. The beautiful grounds, complete with a clean pool and shaded area with grills and a swing set, were a great place to relax. Sitting on the porch, I even got to see a fox by the bridge! I highly recommend this property for its excellent service and cozy atmosphere.

Harder bed, could've used more pillows.

The cabin unit we stayed in was clean and recently redecorated, with new paint and charming cabin decor. The shower was beautifully done in stone and spotless. The location of the cabin was surprisingly quiet, despite being close to a busy road and the interstate. We appreciated the comfortable double beds and the small screened window in the bathroom that provided a view of the wooded hillside.

The air conditioner in the cabin was quite loud, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. It took some time for the cabin to cool down, although once it did, it was comfortable for sleeping.

The setting was beautiful, with a lovely brook and fairy lights that created a charming ambiance at night. The rooms were cozy and had a seating area outside each one, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The communal kitchen was well-equipped and the grilling area was a great addition. We also appreciated the pool, especially during the hot weather.

The bed was a bit too firm for our liking and we could have used more pillows. the water pressure in one of the cabins was quite low for showering, which was a bit inconvenient.

brookside motel & cabins was beyond our expectations. everything was spotless, comfortable, and the location was perfect. loved the peaceful atmosphere with the creek, lights, and pool. a truly serene getaway.

The convenient on-site car park made it easy to come and go as we pleased. our stay was beyond amazing and we can't wait to return next year.

Our cabin at the Brookside Motel was a charming throwback to the 1950s. The rustic feel and vintage decor created a unique and nostalgic atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and the room was surprisingly clean. The bathroom had been updated and had a nice shower with seating. We also appreciated the convenience of the small fridge in the room. Despite its age, the A/C worked great and kept us cool throughout our stay. The location of the motel was ideal, just a short drive away from Lake George Village. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing helpful assistance. We also enjoyed the free morning coffee and the reliable WiFi. we had a pleasant stay at Brookside Motel and would consider returning in the future.

Drawbacks: While our cabin had its charm, we did notice a few minor issues. The room lacked useful outlets, so we recommend bringing a power strip.

Despite the cabin being a bit dated, it was seriously clean and perfect for us. We loved the convenient location, just a quick drive away from town. The pool was also a nice size, clean, and open for us to enjoy. we can't say enough good things about this place and we will definitely be going back.

The location of this motel is superb! It's close to downtown, right on the trolley line, and by the bridge. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with friendly staff providing excellent service. There's a nice deck where you can relax and enjoy the view. The grounds are clean and parking is ample. You'll also appreciate the convenience of the nearby sit-down pizza restaurant.

One downside is that the cabin could be a bit larger for more comfort.
