I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, as I was close to everything I wanted to visit in this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a rooftop terrace providing a stunning view of the Castle. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a great variety of food and had convenient hours.

the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Despite arriving early, they stored my luggage and had it brought up to my room by the time I returned. They even accommodated my friend's dietary needs by providing gluten-free products. To top it off, they surprised us with a thoughtful birthday gift during our stay. the location of the hotel is unbeatable, just steps away from the Elevador de Santa Justa and Rossio metro station. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Each room is unique, and I had the pleasure of staying in a room that used to be the kitchen. the bed was comfortable, and the room had a safe and coffee/tea facilities. Despite being in the heart of the city, the room was surprisingly quiet.

It was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even preparing a delicious breakfast for us to take with us on our early flight. the hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. We especially loved the rooftop terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

the decor was beautiful and the young staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food. the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. the room had a nice modern bathroom and I appreciated the helpful staff carrying our luggage to our room. the location was perfect for sightseeing.

We loved the unique and personalized service at Art Inn. The older property has its charm, and it's conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. Although the stairs were a bit steep, the staff was kind enough to assist with our luggage. The top floor apartment offered stunning views, and the breakfast was delicious. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and unique experience.
