During my recent stay at Domes Lake Algarve, I was impressed by the outstanding service and attention to detail. I had a broken leg and informed the hotel before my arrival, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They provided me with a wheelchair free of charge and gave me a room that was easy to navigate with my injury. The staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent customer service and genuine care for their guests.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay truly special. They even arranged for us to have breakfast upon our early arrival, which was a fantastic surprise. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to both the marina and the beach. We also loved the pool area, which had a sandy beach and plenty of space to relax.

One issue we encountered during our stay was with the noise restrictions set by the hotel. We were asked to turn down our music by a member of staff because a woman nearby wanted her child to nap.

Really helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. Lovely room and gorgeous view. Very quiet at night. Great curtains. Well-kept pools and gardens. Free Wifi was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this Autograph Collection hotel. The weather was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the comfortable sun-beds by the pool and the cleverly designed swimming areas. The breakfast offered a variety of high-quality products, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The evening restaurant's "chef's menu" was delicious and worth experiencing. The hotel's surroundings, including the trees, flowers, and gardens, were beautifully maintained. we had a great and relaxed vacation.

Conveniently located near the marina and beach, with modern rooms and spacious balconies. Friendly and helpful staff, offering complimentary wine upon arrival. Great pool facilities, including heated pools for children. Fantastic breakfast and lunch options by the pool.

Domes Lake Algarve provided us with an amazing stay! We were upgraded to a sea view room, which was very clean and had a massive bed. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, from the tasty food and drinks to the excellent service provided by the staff. The location was also a major plus, as it was really close to the Marina, yet still quiet. We loved being able to take a short walk to the lovely restaurants, shops, and bars in the main areas of the marina. Additionally, the hotel was just in front of the beach, providing us with gorgeous views.

We visited Domes Lake Vilamoura for a week and were treated like VIPs from start to finish. The service was impeccable, with special thanks to Tomás and Maria who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious with beautiful views, and the amenities like tea, coffee, and complimentary water were a nice touch. The breakfast spread was delicious and the hotel itself was clean and tidy. The pool areas were fantastic and the location was perfect, just moments away from the marina with its bars and restaurants. We can't wait to return to Domes and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Greece in the future.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the lake spa resort. The location was perfect, right next to the marina and just a short walk to the beautiful Praia de Falesia beach. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely fusion restaurant and a lively bar. The hotel and our room were impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Joana and Diogo for their excellent restaurant recommendations. The overall experience made us feel like royalty and we can't wait to return.

The location is superb, surrounded by lovely gardens with its own lake, and it's really close to the Marina. The room was beautiful, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The staff were really helpful and breakfast buffet was amazing. Additionally, the pools and surrounding gardens were very well kept.

The service in the restaurants needed improvement - rushed at one and slow at the other.

We had a fantastic time staying at a top five-star property. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the Marina area and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. The service was friendly and courteous, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with a great choice of options. The resort had great facilities, including a beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers. the experience was amazing and we would definitely return.

That the pool bar service was slightly slow and the drinks were quite expensive.

the stay at autograph collection was fantastic. the friendly staff, beautiful location, and great amenities exceeded our expectations. the artificial lake and indoor playground were perfect for the kids, and the two excellent restaurants provided delicious meals. it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
