Exceptional Staff and Outstanding Service

The exceptional staff at the hotel made our stay truly memorable, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the service was outstanding, from personal arrangements for special celebrations to helpful recommendations for dining and sightseeing. While there were some minor details to iron out, such as the spa amenities and room facilities, the overall experience was fantastic and one of the best I've had.

we stayed at the Rebello Hotel & Spa - Small Luxury Hotels Of the World and it was truly a mesmerizing experience. the room was amazing with modern amenities, perfect views of the river, and a high level of comfort. the breakfast was delicious with great options, and setting up a Duoro trip for the day was wonderful.

The Rebello Hotel & Spa offers an amazing location with a stunning view over Porto. the staff is incredibly kind and efficient, making it a pet-friendly oasis. the spa, indoor pool, and wellness centre provide relaxation while nearby landmarks like Cais da Ribeira and Ponte de Dom Luis I enhance family bonding in a charming industrial-style setting.

The Rebello Hotel & Spa exceeded all expectations. the warm welcome at check-in set the tone for our stay. the commanding river view from our room was a delightful surprise. the amenities, including the all-inclusive mini-bar, were a nice touch. the exceptional service from Claudia at the restaurant/bar made dining a pleasure. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. the proximity to the dock for river boats was convenient, and the staff's willingness to assist with luggage was much appreciated.

Hotel is a 20min walk to historical center. No complaints.

Spa and swimming pool required appointments, a slight inconvenience.

We extended our trip just to bask in the fantastic service, spacious room with a full kitchen, and complimentary wine and drinks. the rooftop bar was a gem with great food and views. the staff was attentive, and the spa facilities were gorgeous. the location was peaceful with stunning views of the old town, just a short walk away. Overall, a perfect stay with all amenities one could wish for.

I always return for the city trip. First stay staff returned my sim cards. Perfect amenities, including Free Wi-Fi & Indoor pool. On-site parking, 24/7 reception, luxurious spa, kids club, and pet-friendly. No smoking. Everything I need in one place!

My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my visit memorable. the room was spacious, with a king-size bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a large bathroom, and a lovely balcony offering stunning river views. the welcome pack was a nice touch, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. the spa treatments were top-notch, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, featuring local and seasonal delights. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to key attractions and breathtaking views from the bar terrace.

If I had to mention one tiny improvement, it would be that the spa slots could be a bit longer, allowing guests to fully unwind and relax during their treatments.
