We recently stayed at this magnificent 4-star hotel and were blown away by the luxurious experience it provided. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The hotel's location right on the beach was absolutely perfect. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to step outside and enjoy the beautiful beachfront.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in a prime location. The hotel was exceptionally clean, bright, spacious, and modern, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I loved waking up to breathtaking views of the beach and listening to the soothing sound of waves crashing on the shore. The staff were professional and always went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries or recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

While the breakfast selection was vast, the hot section was consistently cold in the mornings. However, these minor setbacks did not overshadow the overall excellence of the hotel.

Closest train station is Alacant in Alicante, 4-5 hour journey. Great reception with English-speaking staff. Fantastic sea view from balcony. Big bed, walk-in shower, complimentary items, free safe. Poolside bar with good drinks. Breakfast buffet was great with lactose-free and diabetic options. Already rebooked for next year. Beautiful hotel by the beach. Amazing buffet, better than restaurants. Sauna in spa was fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location, close to lively center. Helpful and pleasant receptionists. Some staff not helpful during breakfast and at the bar.

During our recent stay at H10 Porto Poniente, we were pleased with various aspects of our experience. The rooms were immaculate, providing a comfortable and modern space for us to relax in. The service at the reception was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and efficient. We were also delighted with the food at the main restaurant, especially the fresh and varied selection of fish. The pool area offered a breathtaking view of Poniente Beach, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Immaculate layout and tasteful decor. Welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful room with luxurious amenities. Amazing breakfast with variety. Great choice of sunbathing areas and pools.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is in a fantastic location, away from the lively center but still easily accessible. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful reception area and a sun terrace with a stunning view of the beach. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the daily cleaning service was much appreciated. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff were extremely diligent and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction throughout my stay.

Nothing, it was perfect.

I recently stayed at H10 Porto Poniente and had a fantastic time. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the large, comfortable room had a beautiful city view. The breakfast offered a wide range of delicious food, and the rooftop pool provided a stunning view of the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town and right across from a sandy beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The warm welcome and glass of cava upon arrival made us feel instantly at home. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The spacious rooms made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and plenty of choices. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace by the swimming pool, which had a great view. The location of the hotel was ideal, right across from the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in a wonderful location.

Although the hotel had many positives, we did experience a couple of drawbacks. A few sunbeds were broken as well.

I had a fantastic stay at a 4-star hotel in Benidorm. The pool area was amazing, and the cocktail bar was perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink. The room had a great selection of English channels on TV, and the balcony provided a stunning view of the promenade and beach. The buffet restaurant had delicious food, and I loved that toiletries were provided in the room. The hotel's location near shops was also very convenient.

Despite these great features, there were a few drawbacks. The downstairs bar had slow service, which made it difficult to enjoy the lovely ambiance.

The location was ideal- just a short walk to both the beach and the town centre. The rooms were spacious and had a modern feel, the beds were really comfy! Breakfasts were delicious with a great selection available. We also loved the rooftop pool with stunning views over the city skyline.

It faced out onto some local homes which was not very appealing. , there were no tea and coffee facilities provided in the rooms and we had to ask at reception for a kettle.
