I recently stayed at Tivoli Oriente for a quick 2-night visit. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major plus, just a 6-minute drive away. The underground parking, although tight, was conveniently located on-site. The hotel itself was fancy with great amenities, including a paid breakfast as well as a free continental breakfast for early risers. The cleanliness was impressive, and the location near a large train station made getting around the city a breeze. The bathrooms provided a very private experience.

The swimming pool was not busy, making it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel also had a jacuzzi. The sky restaurant offered stunning views and was a great spot for a drink in the evening.

The location of this place is perfect, right next to the train station and close to the area redeveloped for the World Fair 1998. The view from our room, overlooking the river, was simply breathtaking. The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and professional, making the check-in process a breeze. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with modern decor and a spacious washroom. The amenities provided, such as a kettle and coffee maker, and a complimentary bottle of water every day, added a nice touch to our stay. And let me not forget to mention the delicious breakfast buffet. The variety of high-quality options, from fresh bread and pastries to hot food and fruit, left me fully satisfied every morning. the comfort and quality services offered here made my stay truly enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this venue. The location was perfect for me as it was far from the center of the city, but had excellent public transport links to get in and out of town easily. The view of the river was stunning and I loved the terrace that let me relax and enjoy it. Additionally, the room amenities were great, including a mini-bar and ironing facilities. The staff, especially Riccardo, were fantastic in their customer service and made my stay all the better. And last but not least, the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities were top-notch and really added to my overall experience.

If you're looking for a place to stay with great customer service, this is it! Despite some minor "rules" that cannot be bend, I recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, with great beds and a beautiful bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a 16th-floor bar/club decorated for the Christmas holidays. The staff at the front desk and porter were extremely helpful and took immediate care of us. The location was perfect, just outside of the city center but close to the airport. We had easy access to transportation, with the metro station nearby and taxis to and from the airport costing only 6 euros. Breakfast was excellent, with the waiter bringing everything to our table. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and location made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel was conveniently located right opposite the train station, making it easy to explore Lisbon center using public transportation. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation. there was a shopping mall across the street and several restaurants along the waterfront, offering plenty of dining options.

The underground car park was narrow and small, which made it difficult to maneuver and posed a risk of scratching the car.

I had a fantastic stay at Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the river and the train-metro station. My room was excellent, very comfortable with a lovely bathroom and a walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection and made-to-order eggs. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Some rooms have poor views, such as overlooking train tracks, which can be disappointing. the hotel has a dated appearance, with old elevators and reception area.

This place is in a super location, right next to Oriente station, so it's quite easy to go anywhere. The sightseeing bus stop is close by, and the train station, subway, shopping mall, restaurants. The staff truly knows what good service is, and the room furniture is new and friendly. They sorted it all out for us with no extra cost. The buffet breakfast was very good and recommended, and the staff was always friendly. The hotel offers a range of amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage facilities. The Wi-Fi was good and the luggage storage was convenient. our stay at this hotel was pleasant and comfortable.

This hotel does not have many good restaurants nearby. However, the room service and on-site restaurant make up for it.

Its convenient location, just three stops on the metro from the airport, was a major plus for us. We also loved how close it was to Parque das Nações, where we enjoyed shopping and visiting attractions like the Oceanarium. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the breakfast service was efficient and delicious. The pool and gym were a hit with our family, and there was even a car rental place just around the corner.
