Great view, awesome bed, helpful staff. the room had a great view and the bed was really comfortable. the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Disappointing amenities. the pool/hot tub had strict rules and limited time slots, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and interesting to chat with. The food at the restaurant, especially breakfast, was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the attractions on Main Street. The cleanliness of the facilities was outstanding, and the hotel provided convenient parking and transportation options. I also enjoyed the beautiful view from my updated room with a walk-in shower. the professionalism and communication techniques of the staff were top-notch.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn in Deadwood! The hotel was clean and quiet, despite the Sturgis motorcycle rally happening nearby. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious, with a big King size bed and lots of outlets to charge our phones. The pillows were fluffy, and we enjoyed the convenience of the built-in lighted make-up mirror and the clear glass shower doors. The pet-friendly location and casino were a bonus, and we loved the smart TV in the room. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort in Deadwood and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. One highlight was how they welcomed our furry friend with open arms and even provided a special dog bowl, tennis ball, and treat for him. They truly treated him like family. We also loved the convenient location, with easy parking and the ability to walk to nearby attractions. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. The historical charm of the building added to the overall experience. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and we found the rooms to be spacious and filled with all the amenities we needed. we highly recommend the Holiday Inn Resort in Deadwood for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is amazing for the price! The location is perfect above a casino along a stream with wildlife. Staff is very nice and the room with a balcony has a wonderful view of the entire downtown area and the mountains with basic amenities including a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Breakfast is included and served.

This hotel was a great value for the price. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the city and right next to historic Main Street. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms were the best we have ever stayed in, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities like a coffee maker and fridge.

The room had a comfortable bed, excellent amenities, and a spacious bathroom with a sink. The hotel was clean and had interesting stories on the walls. The location was convenient, close to Main Street but not directly on it. The casino was enjoyable and the staff were helpful during Winter Storm Europa. The facility had a warm pool, a parking garage, and a designated area for pets. There was also a toy room for children to play in and good coffee and orange water.

Best aspects of our Christmas stay were the comfortable rooms and the good restaurant/bar on site. the hotel was conveniently located near the shops and restaurants of the bustling main street, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful pool, hot tub, and workout facility, which was a great advantage that we enjoyed during our stay.

Worst aspects of our Christmas stay were the complicated process of getting to our rooms, which required a long walk through the casino, multiple elevator rides, and a walk through the lobby. This made it quite inconvenient and unnecessarily complicated.
