I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the little extras like chocolates, a pen and notebook, and tea. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the Metro and a grocery facility, and also conveniently located in the Parque das Nacoes area along the river promenade. The hotel had excellent transport links to Central Lisbon, making it easy for me to explore the city.

Great location, next to shopping mall, metro and train station. Close to tourist attractions and sea promenade. Safe area. Room had 3 windows and lots of daylight. Close to Oriente station and Parque das Naçoes. Walking distance to everything. Nice breakfast. Art deco style lobby. Spectacular view of Rio Tejo skyline. Clean and well-equipped hotel. Excellent service.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right by the Oriente Train Station, which is only three stops away from the airport. This convenience makes it the perfect place to stay for your next holiday trip. The staff is also willing to provide transportation to the airport, so you don't have to worry about queuing up again at reception after a long day of traveling.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The hotel is situated in a great neighborhood with plenty of walkable attractions and near a modern area opposite a beautiful park. The room I stayed in was equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee facilities. The cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff were outstanding. I also loved the dining options available at the restaurant buffet and bar/lounge area.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and amenities.

I recently stayed at Melia Oriente Hotel for a few days. The hotel's location was perfect, with a Metro Station and a large shopping mall nearby. Despite being on a major road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. I even had a view of the River from my window. The hotel interior was bright and exceptionally clean, and my room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were excellent. I was very happy with my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to the metro. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the waterfront with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were courteous and quick to respond to any requests. The view of the Expo park from our room was stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Value for money was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms and a stunning view from the window. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the airport, metro, shopping mall, and the Tagus river. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with arranging early morning taxis and providing useful information about getting to the airport.

We had a great Thanksgiving experience in a hotel located near public transportation and shops. The breakfast was excellent, offering a broad variety of cold meats, cheeses, fruits, and cooked breakfast options. the staff was kind and helped us when we requested toast and tea at no extra cost. We appreciated the gesture!

We also noticed some dust in the air conditioning ventilation.
