The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a delightful variety including gluten-free options and even champagne to start the day right.

The temperature control was frustrating. the air conditioning seemed locked, and I couldn’t adjust it to my comfort level.

The accessible room offers ample space, modern amenities, and is equipped with grab bars in the bathroom. Additionally, the location is ideal as it's just a short walk to the bus station and city center, making it easy for us to explore local attractions.

Unfortunately, we experienced a delay with the restaurant service during our visit.

The air conditioning struggled to keep rooms cool, especially during the day!!! No room service after 10 PM is a real miss for a hotel of this caliber!!! Parking costs are simply excessive at €30 per day!!!

The breakfast spread is fantastic! Everything you could ask for, like fresh fruits and pastries, and they even had champagne to enjoy. Staff were super attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

From my King Room on the 18th floor, I woke up to breathtaking views of the mountains every morning. The breakfast spread had everything from vegan options to sweet pastries that made breakfast a highlight!

While everything else was fantastic, the restaurant service was a hiccup. My meal took longer than expected and missed the mark on quality, which was disappointing in a place this nice.

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the

city, which added to the experience. I was impressed with the breakfast variety and the friendly service throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed that room service cut off at 10 PM, leaving me hungry after a late-night event.

The Grand Plaza Hotel & Congress Center truly exceeded my expectations with its immaculate cleanliness, spacious rooms, and the sweetest reception staff, especially in making my stay comfy and joyous!

I had a fantastic stay, loving the spacious room on the 17th floor with a great view and a rich breakfast that included champagne. Would come back, but the parking fees shocked me!

this hotel is so surprisinly beautifull, the rooms are amazin! we had a huge room with glass windows and a view of ljubljana. the breakfast was one of the best ever, super tasty and tons of choices, even some for vegetarians! the staff were super nice and helpful, made us feel right at home. wish we could’ve stayed longer!
