The staff is brilliant, excellent customer service. Fantastic location with great transport links and safe. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good quality food at the Japanese restaurant. Supermarket and corner shop nearby.

This hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area with great transportation options. It is within walking distance of popular hop-on-hop-off bus stops and the metro, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel is in a highly trafficked, touristed area, meaning there are better car options than taxis for getting around.

The TV in the rooms is not very entertaining and doesn't offer much to watch.

Felt like a home away from home, with staff always happy to assist us

This place is great! It's situated close to 3 metro stations so it's easy to get anywhere. Hop on hop off buses are just a short walk away. It's also close to all the places I need to visit for my business trip. The room amenities are fantastic - there's even a mini-bar! The staff here are friendly and helpful.
