The staff at Verride Palacio Santa Catarina went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. When I initially didn't get the bathtub I had booked, they immediately moved me to a beautiful room. The location of the hotel was great and I loved the panoramic view of the river from my room. The complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and cake for my birthday was a nice touch. The hotel building itself is stunning, with tasteful restoration that preserved its charm. The a la carte breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar provided a great setting for a drink.

I had a wonderful stay at Verride Palacio Santa Catarina. Despite a few minor issues, the excellent service, beautiful rooms, and great location more than made up for it.

I had the most incredible experience staying at a beautiful Portuguese palace. Located in a historical area with restrictions for Uber drivers, the hotel offers a sense of exclusivity. The Suba restaurant, situated within the palace, provides stunning views over the Tagus River. The suite I stayed in was elegantly designed, combining vintage and modern elements flawlessly. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast served in the Winter Garden was delicious. With breathtaking views of the city and the Atlantic, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

I did encounter some trouble with the air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortably warm at night.

With exclusive amenities like the outdoor swimming pool with scenic pool views, this hotel exceeded my luxury expectations. the staff provided top-notch service and fulfilled every need. the location advantage made walking to nearby bars and restaurants with great views effortless. the Spa & wellness centre and massage services added to the indulgence.

Sadly, there was only one minor issue - the lack of a Sun terrace or Sun loungers.

The view from the room and the breakfast options were great. the staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby attractions to visit. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.

The noise from the surrounding area was unbearable, and we had to request for a quieter room in the middle of the night. we felt that the room rate was too high for the small space and the lack of facilities such as a gym or a heated pool.
