Our 3-night stay at Koro Sun was rejuvenating after a family adventure elsewhere. the floating bure was serene, with fish jumping outside. the staff, like Tuks and Savi, were welcoming. the food, guided activities , and the sunset cruise were unforgettable. the inclusive breakfast was a pleasant surprise. the couples' massage by the waterfall was pure bliss. the friendly team made our Fiji holiday exceptional.

My recent stay at this hotel on the island of Vanua Levu was absolutely amazing! the staff here are the friendliest I have encountered in all my travels. From the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the daily housekeeping service, every detail was taken care of with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast included each morning and the option to book various activities effortlessly. the serene garden area, stunning beach access, and relaxing spa center truly made my stay unforgettable. the sunset cruise and the culture night with traditional dances were definite highlights. the staff's genuine care and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart from others I have visited.

While my overall experience was fantastic, I did notice that the room's cleanliness could have been a bit more thorough, especially in the bedroom area. the lack of curtains on the narrow windows meant that daylight flooded in early, making it challenging to sleep in past sunrise.

The spa & wellness center at Koro Sun Resort & Rainforest Spa was a true oasis of relaxation. the full body massage I indulged in melted away all my stress, while the infinity pool overlooking the lush gardens provided a serene setting for unwinding. the beach access allowed for family fun in the sun, and the leisure room was perfect for cozy movie nights.

During my business trip to Savusavu, my director selected Koro Sun Resort & Rainforest Spa as our accommodation, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. the two-storey villa with a private garden, swimming pool, sun deck, and bridge over the pool provided a serene and luxurious retreat. Access to a private beach and a day spa allowed for relaxation and rejuvenation. the resort also offered water sports facilities, free bicycle and car hire, along with recreational activities such as a private beach, golf course, outdoor pool, spa.

No phones or wifi in the rooms, limited breakfast options and rooms were not well-maintained, such as a stain on the bathroom wall.

Our villa at the Mountain Top offered stunning views but had some cleanliness issues and poor wifi. Staff efforts were appreciated. Overall, would recommend.

the kids were thrilled with the daily activities, from pool games to movie nights, keeping them entertained throughout. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic family experience, and the spacious family-friendly accommodations made us feel right at home.
