This hotel is located in a spectacular setting, surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The spa and wellness center offered a range of relaxing treatments, including massages and facials. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for enjoying the sunshine and taking in the stunning views of the garden area. this place exceeded our expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Modern facilities. Spacious comfortable rooms. Good soundproofing for peaceful nights. Effective and quiet air conditioning. Comfy bed and pillows. Excellent spa with 3 pools, gym, sauna, and steam room, all clean and well maintained. Great restaurant with tasty, well-priced food. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient garage for parking. A fantastic base for exploring Serra da Estrela.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. They even gave us access to the heated swimming pool area, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the surrounding national park was simply breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Great breakfast and pool. Conveniently located near Serra da Estrela. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel needs urgent renovations - there were cracks in the walls and some signs of humidity in the room. The hair dryer wasn't working and some facilities were fully booked.

The staff were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great breakfast and evening meals. Clean and spacious rooms with nice bathrooms. Good carparking and safe environment. Lovely outside pool and gardens. Surrounding national park is amazing. Excellent spa facilities. Fantastic service and attentive staff.

Can't fault the property in any way.
