I simply adored the vintage charm of the old house, with its cozy nooks and crannies to relax in. the lovely staff were always there to assist me around the Manor, making it easy for a senior lady like myself to navigate. the lush gardens offered a tranquil escape, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a peaceful moment to sit and admire the beauty around.

One small improvement for a better stay for seniors could be quieter surroundings at night; sometimes the children working there can get a bit loud.

Exceptional value for money with a spacious and well-equipped room. the location was stunning, and the staff treated us like royalty.

For the breakfast option, varying the menu a bit more could enhance the experience.

Nearby landmarks like Tulleys Escape Rooms and National Trust Standen added to our family bonding experience.

my recent stay at a beautiful manor in east grinstead exceeded all expectations. the gardens, food, and service were exceptional. every detail was impeccable, making it a truly magical experience. cons: mattress felt a bit too soft.

The tasting menu was divine, with perfectly presented dishes that tantalized the taste buds. The staff provided impeccable service, striking the right balance between attentiveness and unhurriedness. The surroundings seamlessly connected with the glorious garden, creating a picturesque dining experience.

The access for those with disabilities could be improved, although the staff did their best to assist.

The location of the hotel was beautiful and serene, surrounded by stunning gardens and nature. the Christmas decorations were festive and tasteful. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering helpful tips about nearby attractions.

The overall experience was a letdown, as the hotel did not live up to its reputation. the room was outdated and in need of renovation.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this luxurious country house hotel. The location in stunning surroundings was truly breathtaking. The gardens, carefully tended by the fantastic team of gardeners, were a delight to explore. We enjoyed lovely walks, admired beautiful lakes, and took in the natural meadows. The food was exceptional, thanks to the talented head chef and his team in the kitchen. The service provided by all the staff members was exemplary, from the welcoming reception staff to the charming and competent manager and porter. this place offers a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and professionalism.

There is really nothing negative to say about this venue. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in a beautiful setting.

We had an amazing stay at this charming hotel! the staff were very courteous and exceeded our expectations. the new extension building, although we were doubtful at first, actually added to the natural and charming atmosphere of the hotel. the William Robinson gardens, now carefully tended by Tom Coward, made it feel like a little slice of heaven. the small size of the hotel created an intimate feel, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. the food was excellent, and we even had the chance to meet the head chef, George Bloog. Gravetye Manor is definitely our top favorite hotel!

We had an amazing lunch in a beautiful setting with pre-lunch drinks in the gardens. The set menu was good value for money and the food was excellent.

Some of the staff were less friendly and engaged compared to previous visits. The receptionist was particularly cold and unfriendly.
