The hotel is nestled in a beautiful park, surrounded by the stunning Tuscan hills. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby historical villages and cities like Siena and Arezzo. The pools in the hotel, especially the thermal ones, provide a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Some rooms near the elevator can be quite noisy, making it difficult to find restful sleep.

The facilities were outstanding, with a great gym, spa, and beautiful outdoor pools. , the location was perfect for exploring the Tuscan countryside, with easy access to many cute villages and towns. Another thing we loved was the attentive and friendly staff, who always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The warm food was not up to our expectations and the limited selection left us wanting more. some of the rooms were not soundproofed well, and we could hear noise from the elevator and corridors which made it hard to rest at times.
