The location of this hotel is superb, right beside the river and the bridge, giving easy access to both sides of the city. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is well set out and has a great shower. The staff are friendly and efficient, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including an immense selection of pastries and sweets. The hotel also has a fantastic wine bar with a beautiful view of the bridge.

The outdoor area is closed in bad weather, but that's understandable.

As a budget traveler, I loved the location of this hotel. It's right by the amazing old bridge, offering a stunning view and easy access to Porto's old center and Gaia. The hotel is also conveniently close to the Ribeiro area, port houses, cellars, and plenty of great restaurants. The staff were fantastic, making me feel safe and welcome. Plus, the wine bar with its beautiful city view was a definite highlight. The hotel itself was clean, new, and absolutely beautiful.

my recent stay in vila nova de gaia was incredible, thanks to vincci. the location was perfect for exploring on foot, and the hotel itself was breathtakingly beautiful. the staff were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. could not have asked for more from this hotel.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and offered amazing views of the city. the rooms were comfortable and followed an upmarket style. the breakfast was extensive and offered freshly brewed Nespresso coffee. it was in a great location and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and medieval highlights.

While the staff was helpful, the check-in process was a bit slow. the pool only received two hours of sunlight per day and was small.

I stayed at Vincci for a relaxing weekend getaway. The breakfast was a varied treat of delicious healthy and not-so-healthy food that set me up for the day. The location was amazing, with easy access to both sides of the river. The staff were lovely, friendly, and considerate. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic with breathtaking views of the river and trains passing by. The staff were welcoming and provided great service. The room amenities were perfect and everything was spotless. The terrace was a great spot for breakfast and had lovely garden furniture.

As early risers, we loved the free room upgrade with a partial view and the delicious breakfast. The 13 Euro deal for daily breakfast was a steal! The restaurant had amazing views and the omelets were made to order. The buffet choices were plentiful. Another hidden gem was the elevator that took hotel guests to and from the Ribeira area, saving us from walking up or down a steep street. The staff were extremely helpful, guiding us through the unique layout of the hotel and even showing us the parking area. The location was superb, right by the Luis I Bridge, making it quick and easy to explore both sides of the river. We also enjoyed the mini pool, despite its small size.
