Great location near Plaza del Caribe Mall.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The renovation work during the day was disruptive, making it hard to relax. Additionally, the lack of hot water on one evening was frustrating. Despite the comfortable rooms, the noise from the hall and surrounding areas was very intrusive, affecting my sleep. I had high hopes for my visit, but it fell short due to these challenges.

I appreciated the cleanliness and attentive staff at Aloft 😊. The check-in was smooth, and I enjoyed a comfortable stay with lovely amenities like a rooftop pool and good breakfast options. 🌟

I enjoyed my time at the Aloft Ponce! The friendly staff were always smiling, creating a warm atmosphere. The rooftop pool made for a perfect sunset hangout, and the breakfast had fantastic options.

On the downside, our room had some maintenance issues with the air conditioning, making it a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, noise from outside events disrupted my sleep a few nights.

Had a great time enjoying the live music performances. The sound insulation in the rooms was incredibly poor, making it hard to sleep.

I was in Ponce for a short vacation and really loved the rooftop pool! The view was stunning, especially during sunset, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. However, the noise from nearby festivities made it hard to sleep on a couple of nights. Overall, I enjoyed my time and appreciated the clean facilities and the rich local culture nearby, like the vibrant Plaza Las Delicias just a short walk away.

Everything! Gorgeous views from top floors, modern amenities, fabulous dining options!

i had such high hopes for this 'modern' hotel, yet the air conditioning was an absolute disaster. i’m shocked no one told us that changing the temp affects every room! i almost overlooked it, but then i discovered the gym closed AND no one lifted a finger to make my stay comfortable. unexceptional treatment, frankly.

The room was impeccably clean, and the rooftop vibes were a highlight. Loved the cozy seating area for solo relaxation.

Felt free to seek any assistance, nothing to complain about.

The themed dinner nights were a lot of fun, with great entertainment. The room was noisy at night, making it hard to sleep.

The Aloft King Room was stylish and comfy, with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a nice seating area. Loved the view from the rooftop restaurant, and the fitness center had yoga classes and two outdoor pools. Super clean and had friendly staff. Great value for all the amenities offered!
