Staying here was a great experience. The location is ideal, close to the beach and other wonderful attractions. The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering room service, dry cleaning, and laundry services. The amenities provided were top-notch, including an in-room safe, soundproofed rooms and free toiletries. Being able to relax by the outdoor swimming pool was a major plus. Additionally, the bar and lounge area was a great place to wind down with its happy hour specials.

This hotel was situated in a great location for exploring the area. It was close to everything we needed, and it had easy access to the beautiful spots in the Caribbean island. The room was very comfortable and clean with plenty of outlets and charging stations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pool was a nice addition. The hotel was well-maintained and offered a good base camp for exploring La Parguera bio luminescent bay and Isabel beaches.

There was some confusion during the check-in process, leading to an unpleasant experience with a front desk clerk.

The central location also made it convenient for us to take day trips to nearby towns and beaches. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement with more options and warmer food.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going the extra mile to assist us. the free Wi, Fi was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. Additionally, having an in, house restaurant was very convenient for enjoying a delicious breakfast or a tasty sandwich when we were too tired to go out.

One downside was the placement of the non, smoking rooms. It would have been ideal if these rooms were located separately on one floor, as sharing a floor with smoking rooms resulted in smoke seeping into the hallways and even into our rooms.

This hotel in Mayaguez offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location is perfect, close to beautiful beaches and in a great area. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with either a queen bed or a king bed. Plus, the rooms have a huge desk, allowing you to easily complete your work while staying here. Breakfast is not included, but there are plenty of options nearby.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Mayaguez for one night and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location near a mall was perfect. The hotel also had a casino and a gameroom for kids, providing entertainment for everyone. The service people were incredibly kind and the hotel was impeccably clean, with no humid smell. I want to give a special shout-out to the guest service agent on April 20th at 8:00 am, who resolved my reservation issues and honored my booked rate. I had a great stay and would definitely return.
