The front office staff, particularly Marcie, were excellent. The property has a unique location with potential for becoming a preferred place to stay. The comfortable beds and beautiful views, including the sunrise, were highlights. The breakfast overlooking the garden and sea was delicious. The pool and outdoor terraces provided a relaxing atmosphere. Ample parking and access to the beach were also appreciated.

Our stay at El Guajataca was great value for the money. The room was cozy and the views from our balcony towards the ocean were amazing. The location was perfect, with plenty to do just a short drive away. The staff were all wonderful, especially Thomas at morning breakfast who made our mornings joyful. The beach and pool towels were a nice touch, and we loved dining at the delicious on-site restaurant.

For the breakfast, it would be even better if they offered ceramic plates instead of styrofoam and gave customers a choice of ham, sausage, or bacon. The coffee could also be improved in taste.

They were modern and clean, making my stay more comfortable. And the best part was the location. It was conveniently situated close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore the area at my leisure.

On the downside, I was disappointed with the lack of amenities in the rooms. It's a shame that for the price I paid, there wasn't even a phone to contact the front desk.

We also appreciated the beautiful beach, even though we couldn't swim due to the waves and rocks. we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying at this hotel again in the future.
