Friendly receptionist, efficient check-in, comfortable king bed, working AC. Pool not used, but families enjoyed it. Plenty of car parking. Close to beach and strip with eateries and stores. Front desk employee helpful. Room clean but could use update. Vending machine area well-stocked. Microwave oven available. Staff kind and understanding.

The location of Caribe Hotel was ideal, with easy access to the main highway connecting Ponce and San Juan. We were able to explore different areas of Ponce without any hassle. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The convenient proximity to the airport was a bonus, allowing us to reach our flights in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Ponce.

They addressed any issues immediately and the manager couldn't have been more accommodating. The common areas were nice, and the pool was perfect and clean. The room itself was comfortable, and I especially appreciated the 12:00 check out time. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was very close to everything. It was conveniently located near stores, shopping centers, and even the airport, which was less than 5 minutes away. this hotel had excellent cleanliness, facilities, parking, and transportation options.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the fact that the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, making it easy for me to access nearby attractions and amenities. the pool was also a great feature, allowing me to relax and enjoy the warm weather.

There were some aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the hotel did not have a functioning washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor, causing inconvenience and difficulty for guests who needed to do laundry.

I recently stayed at Caribe Hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception were welcoming and exceptionally helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs and I found it convenient for exploring the area. The restaurant, "La Perla," was amazing, with perfectly fresh food that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the night staff and the cook deserve extra kudos, as breakfast was delicious. I had a great stay at Caribe Hotel.
