Lacking hooks in bathrooms.

This hostel is in a great location, conveniently located right off of a bus stop and in a business district. You can easily walk to the beautiful beach in Condado within just 10 minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great AC to keep you cool. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcome. The rooftop deck offers amazing views and is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset.

Breakfast is not included, but there are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat.

The staff at this hostel were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was a huge plus for us as we wanted to cook our own meals. the rooftop area was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the sunset.

The dorms lacked certain amenities. Night lights and power points in the bunk beds would have been convenient.

Tricky with the stairs and big bags.

I got great value for my money at Santurcia. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff, especially Ahmed and Camila, were fantastic and really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I also enjoyed the light and fresh breakfast that was offered each morning.

The WiFi only worked in the common space, which was a bit inconvenient as I wanted to relax in my room and browse the internet. the walls were quite thin, and I could hear noises from the lobby late at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hostel in San Juan, and it was the perfect place for a solo female traveler like me. the staff at Santurcia Hostel were incredibly welcoming and made me feel safe and at home throughout my stay. the hostel was exceptionally clean, even better than most hotels I've stayed in. the beds were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were always ready to assist with any needs. I can't recommend this place enough, and I'm already planning my return trip.
