I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of the city and convenient to all the sights. Plus, there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, where I could enjoy delicious Italian cuisine and experience the local culture.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to the center of town and within walking distance to all the key attractions. I really enjoyed the complimentary bike rental, it was a great way to explore the city and get some exercise.

One downside was that there were no screens on the windows, which resulted in getting bitten by bugs during the night. It would have been nice to have complimentary toiletries, especially considering the restrictions on liquids in hand luggage.

I got excellent value for my money at Hotel Diana in Ravenna. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a huge bathroom. The location was amazing, close to all the main attractions, and I even had a view of a beautiful baroque church from my room. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke great English.

Breakfast choices could be improved, especially the coffee. It was a bit mediocre, and if you come late, the options are even more limited.
