The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel facilities included a great gym and a stunning infinity pool area with beautiful beach views. The location in the Condado Beach area was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff, especially the concierge, Katia, was extremely helpful in arranging a car rental for our day trip to explore this city and providing printed directions.

We had a great stay at Condado Ocean Club. The central location was perfect for exploring the area. The decor was cute and modern, and the double pane glass on the windows made it quiet. The ocean view from our room was absolutely fantastic. The staff, especially the bartender Efrain, were friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The beachfront area was amazing with an awesome infinity pool right on the beach. The lobby, bar/lounge, and overall décor of the hotel were beautiful. The hotel was located near various amenities such as restaurants, shops, and even a casino.

I was there for my wedding and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient. The front desk staff were extra nice and made us feel so welcome. The lagoon view from our room was stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The valet parking was quick and efficient, and the overall property was well-maintained. The pool overlooking the ocean was a highlight, and I loved the fact that it was open 24/7. The hotel is a great value compared to nearby options, and the service was top-notch. The room with beach views was absolutely amazing!

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, especially being right on the sea in Puerto Rico. The location was perfect, close to some great restaurants and the convenience of being close to SJU airport made arrival and departure a breeze. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great as well. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking sight of the ocean. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, making us feel right at home. the food at the hotel restaurant was simply amazing, with delicious options to satisfy any craving.

We were disappointed that the beach was not suitable for swimming and lacked sufficient seating options. our room did not provide the promised view, instead overlooking a parking lot.

One downside of our stay was the limited maid service during our time there. Despite our room being vacant for the entire day, we did not receive daily cleaning services.
