I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located near many downtown attractions, making it easy to explore the city. I especially loved the modern design of the rooms with their sleeper sofas and kitchens, perfect for a longer stay. The breakfast included had a great selection of items, making it a great start to the day.

Only minor improvements could be made, but overall, everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The attention to detail in the design was impressive. The location near Everything Downtown was perfect for exploring restaurants, shopping, and the national mall. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the included breakfast with a great variety of items.

The hotel had beautiful rooms that were well-maintained and clean. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. the location of the hotel was a key advantage, as it was conveniently situated near the convention center and other attractions. Additionally, having a full kitchen in the room was a fantastic feature that made our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was the limited and expensive parking, which became an issue for some guests who arrived late and had to park in a distant garage. Another negative aspect was the air conditioning placement, as it only circulated well in the sitting area and did not cool down the sleeping area adequately.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel is ideally located in a bustling area with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed with modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary toiletries. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was polite and welcoming.

The Wi-Fi was spotty at times and did not work properly in some parts of the room, which was frustrating.

The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the room itself was very clean and well-maintained. the location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the valet parking was quite expensive and added unexpected expenses to our trip.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the breakfast options of bagels with cream cheese, bananas, and yogurt with blueberries and granola. The fully supplied kitchen with a 2-burner stovetop was perfect for preparing our own meals.

Felt completely safe and had no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the rooms were beautifully designed with a modern touch and a convenient kitchenette. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the comfy sleeper sofa to the inclusion of a full kitchen. Additionally, the location couldn't have been better, with everything downtown just a stone's throw away.

The location of this hotel is amazing - it's very close to all the attractions downtown, including the Smithsonian Museums & Galleries, Convention Center, and Arena. The room was incredibly spacious and felt like a small apartment. I loved having a kitchen and a swivel HD Smart TV. The hotel staff were very gracious and helpful, making me feel recognized and valued. The daily complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch.

The room at Residence Inn was well-appointed and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. I especially liked the kitchen, which was stocked with everything I needed to feel at home. The staff at the front desk, particularly Mia, were very helpful and made the check-in process seamless. The hotel's location was also great, just a few blocks away from the Metro Bus Stop and rail station. my experience at Residence Inn was wonderful, with attention to detail and great amenities.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's located in a great area near the convention center and downtown. While it was difficult to find good restaurants nearby, there were plenty of shops and commercial services available. The staff provided excellent service, and the room amenities were top-notch. The terrace and dining table were a nice touch, and we appreciated the soundproofed rooms.
