We stayed at a hotel located in a busy area with ongoing construction nearby, sometimes causing delays in reaching the hotel. However, the staff, particularly Mr Khattab and his team, provided excellent service and were very welcoming. The rooms were spacious, and the view was breathtaking. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delightful, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. compared to other hotels in the area, the location, room, service, and dining experience were top-notch.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was noisy and not working properly, which affected the overall experience.

Additionally, the room itself, with its huge and comfortable feel, makes guests feel right at home. The soundproof rooms ensure guests don't hear any construction noise.

the beds were too soft and lacked support, causing discomfort during our stay. We also experienced difficulty with room service and housekeeping, as they did not replace our bathrobes and ignored our requests.
