Situated in a beautiful quiet area, it provided a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The staff provided excellent service, offering assistance with luggage and accommodating requests. The breakfast had a good selection of options, including cereal, toast, pastries, hams.

The lack of noise insulation in the rooms was a downside, as it allowed for disturbances from other guests, making it difficult to sleep.

Felt very special, nothing to complain about

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location is fantastic, being close to the office I was visiting. Secondly, the staff at the reception were brilliant, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was clean and functional, with all the facilities I needed, and I especially loved the view over the small gardens. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from, making it a great way to start the day.

Although the street leading up to the hotel was not very pleasant, the hotel was surprisingly satisfactory. the complimentary breakfast offered in the morning was good and had a decent selection of food. the location was convenient, well-connected to public transport and only a short distance from the city center. Another advantage was that there was free Wi-Fi available, which was quite helpful.

My experience was massively tarnished by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the reception staff. Despite my explanations and even showing receipts for payment, she still insisted on a fine and even called the police.
