We loved staying at this venue! The location is perfect and close to many major attractions. The staff here were approachable, professional, and friendly, making our stay even better. They offer a wide range of amenities, including car hire, 24-hour room service, and a doctor on call, among others. We were impressed with the spacious room and soundproof features, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the fully stocked kitchen was a great touch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We recommend this hotel to everyone, as there were no negative aspects that we came across during our stay. The staff is always available 24/7, and the leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa lounge, are excellent.

This hotel is very conveniently located near a central shopping mall and in close proximity to everything you would want to see in this city. Despite being close to building sites, the rooms were well soundproofed for a good night's rest. The hotel is relatively new and boasts modern and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and good room facilities. The breakfast buffet at the Thai Kitchen restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The staff did not always provide the best service, with some delays and issues with housekeeping reported in reviews.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the amenities were great, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the spacious apartment and the convenience of having a kitchen and living room. The city view from our room was breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Nothing it was perfect.

The room service offered nice drink promotions and the staff were great, always paying good attention to us. the Indian restaurant was superb and the breakfasts were good as well.

We also didn't always receive two bath towels and although we tried to avoid having our towels washed, they were still replaced. While the bed linens were nice, they were replaced unnecessarily.

This hotel has only been around for 2 years and it's already amazing! The staff is so attentive and accommodating, especially the receptionist Ms. Dikra who was fantastic! The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a fabulous view of the sea. Oh, and the breakfast was great too!

the suite was spacious with a large living room and kitchenette. the bedroom was a good size too. the location is great, close to the sea and other top hotels, and within walking distance of the DECC metro station. the room itself was perfect, especially during these times when staying in is important. the comfortable bed, high ceilings, and glass wall with city views made it a memorable experience. I loved having a living room and a real kitchen where I could cook for my partner. the bathroom was nice, and I enjoyed the mirror lights. the staff, especially the receptionist Ms. Dikra, were incredibly accommodating, and the housekeeping was excellent. Special thanks to Mr Server from Caprice Restaurant for the delicious food! This was truly the perfect stay in my entire life!

I loved the spacious Sea View Suite at Centara with a fully equipped kitchen and picturesque living area. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for the kids, but it's a shame that their housekeeping didn't offer tissues. However, the breakfast and staff were exceptional. I would recommend this hotel for its luxury rooms and facilities.
