The location of Element City Center Doha is fantastic, right in the heart of West Bay surrounded by skyscrapers. The metro station is just a short 5-7 minute walk away, and City Centre Mall is also nearby. The property itself is brand new with well-designed interiors and comfortable rooms. I stayed in a studio apartment which had a generously sized bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, and a partial view of the bay from the 39th floor.

Upon arrival, there was an issue with my reservation. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was ordinary and did not meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi provided a very luxurious atmosphere. Additionally, the live entertainment was a pleasant surprise, and the massage services were top-notch. The full body massage and the swimming pool with heated water were our favorite parts of the stay. The room advantages, including the private facilities, were impeccable.

The only minor issue we had was with the poolside snack bar. The menu lacked variety and the service was a bit slow.

The hotel staff was great and very helpful. Shaima, in particular, did an excellent job checking us in early in the morning, which was much appreciated. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and many key attractions. The room was also comfortable and clean, with plenty of amenities on offer.

We did encounter some issues during our stay. The landline phone in the room wasn't working, making it difficult to contact the reception when needed.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the manager Alexander and staff member Syrene. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, close to the city center and metro station. The hotel provided excellent value for money for families, with comfortable and large rooms.

The studio apartment on the 39th floor offered a generous bedroom size and partial bay view.
