Great pool service and variety of dining options. Staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms and facilities were spacious and well-maintained. an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Fab hotel with helpful and friendly staff. the service at the Santa Monica restaurant was impressive, with the staff always smiling and attentive. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options and the staff were attentive. the hotel gym and indoor swimming pool were excellent, perfect for fitness enthusiasts. the hotel had a private beach with water sports and a dedicated play area for volleyball and football.

The reception service was lacking, with long queues for check-in and check-out. Room service was also slow and basic amenities were lacking.

The hotel offered a spacious villa for a family of 5 and a good kids' area swimming pool. The Thai restaurant was excellent and the carrefour small grocery store right inside the door was very convenient. The hotel shuttle was available with prior reservation, and the hotel representative at the airport was very helpful. we enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this luxurious hotel. It is conveniently located close to everything, with access to other beaches in the area. The private beach is absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed the nearby shopping mall. The room was spacious, with amazing views and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was top-notch. The facilities, such as the infinity pool and gym were great amenities. The only downside was the occasional noise from a nearby pool, but overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The villa is perfect if you have your own car, with the convenience of Whatsapp communication and helpful staff.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a haven of relaxation, offering massages, facials and body wraps. the outdoor swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, made for the perfect spot to soak up the sun.

Signage was not always clear and we had trouble finding the gym.

our recent stay at grand hyatt in doha was exceptional. the friendly staff, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, made our family holiday truly unforgettable. their exceptional service and adherence to health and safety procedures made us feel safe and well taken care of throughout our stay.

breakfast buffet disappointing

We had a nice city break and stayed at a hotel that offered complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel was also in a great location, very close to the beach and with easy access to public transportation.

Our check-in experience was not great. our room was not ready at the time of check-in and we had to wait for some time before being able to access our room.
