Incredible views from the rooms, spacious and modern interior, and a 24/7 gym with a great personal trainer. The breakfast is worth every penny, and the club room has outstanding food and beverages. I highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely love staying at this hotel! We've been here multiple times, and it truly feels like our second home. The location is perfect, and the pool is fantastic for the kids. The rooms are spacious, especially the Deluxe Room on the high floor, and the air conditioning is so quiet. The housekeeping staff goes above and beyond, surprising us with thoughtful touches like flower arrangements, towel sculptures, and nice notes. We want to give a special shout-out to Shallu for making us feel so welcome. The hotel also has great restaurants for dinner, and we especially want to thank Ms. Niw for her amazing service, always with a smile. And let's not forget Mr. Necil, who was incredibly helpful during breakfast, and Mr. Andro at the front desk for his assistance. The room view was breathtaking, and overall cleanliness was top-notch. We will definitely be coming back!

As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the attentive and helpful staff. They promptly delivered a baby bed and extra blankets to my room, as well as quickly replaced a lost room key. They made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout my stay.

This hotel is well situated, close to major shopping centers and an array of dining options. The rooms are spacious with bathrooms that are clean and modern. Breakfast is a tasty start to the day and the staff are typically professional and very helpful.

Smaller parking options may be frustrating, but valet service is available.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities here were beyond our expectations - from the relaxing Spa and Sauna to the refreshing Outdoor Swimming Pool and invigorating Jacuzzi. the Live Entertainment and Night Club were also great additions to the luxurious experience. the service we received from the friendly staff was exceptional and every need was fulfilled.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant. Though the food was delicious, the service was a bit slow.

The pool had an amazing view of the city and the sports facilities were plentiful. Our room was large and well-furnished. We were also impressed with the complimentary amenities, especially the coffee and tea. the hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

The hotel could benefit from improved communication and organization between staff members. We had some confusion with our room transfer and it took longer than expected to get assistance.
