Special thanks to Nageshwar for going above and beyond in the dining area, accommodating my special requests. Seema was also extremely helpful in resolving any issues. the location was ideal, and the food was delightful.

During my recent business trip to Vadodara, my director chose Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Alkapuri as our accommodation, and I must say it was a pleasant choice. guests can enjoy the recreation opportunities at the health club and outdoor pool, providing a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. the location of the hotel is excellent, the room sizes are generous, and the bathrooms are comfortable, making my stay quite enjoyable. I also appreciated the cleanliness and the amazing flooring that added a touch of luxury to the experience. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

In terms of cons, one minor issue that I encountered was that the hotel seemed a bit dated and could benefit from refurbishment.

Special shoutout to Seema and Aeronica for making my stay extra pleasant. the food was delightful, and the property oozes charm. the facilities, especially the fitness center, were great for my digital nomad lifestyle needs!

The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast service is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel also provides amenities like a well-maintained pool and gym, adding to the overall experience.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations to address signs of wear and tear mentioned by previous guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. One thing that stood out was the exceptional breakfast that was served - so many options to choose from! The room was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My recent stay at this hotel was a luxurious and memorable experience. the exclusive amenities were a standout feature, including access to a top, notch sauna and steam room. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the garden area. the in, room breakfast and special diet menus were both impressive, and the private facilities were immaculately clean and well, maintained.

Although the staff was generally attentive and eager to serve, there was a delay in receiving packed lunches that I had requested.

The staff was very friendly and professional. the rooms were spacious and clean. It was convenient to have bottled water replenished regularly and snacks in the minibar. the location was great and accessible to all markets. the pool area was good for playing with kids. We appreciated the complementary wine shop and Barat was very helpful in getting our license set up.

The breakfast was repetitive and lacked variety. Non-vegetarian options should be added.

Excellent food, great staff, comfy sleep, clean rooms, helpful service.
