We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities at this hotel. the service was impeccable, with polite and helpful staff at the reception. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with a sauna, full body massage, steam room, Turkish bath, and sun loungers. We enjoyed the restaurant, the bar/ lounge area, and the exclusive private facilities.

We had an unpleasant experience with the selective security checking upon arrival at the hotel. Although, we were welcomed with sweets, fruits, and a welcome message, the security inspection only targeted myself and left us feeling unwelcome.

I had an amazing birthday experience at La Cigale Hotel Managed By Accor. The F&B team surprised me with a birthday cake and a tour of their pastry production. It was a dream come true!

Located in a nice area close to the business district and next to the beach, this hotel provides a convenient location for both work and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. There are also some nice restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast buffet was really amazing, with a wide range of dishes and plenty of options to choose from. the room was really spacious and comfortable, which is something I appreciated after a long day of work. the gym and spa facilities were also impressive and well-maintained.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, which made it a bit inconvenient to get around. the staff at the front desk were not very helpful when I lost my sunglasses and did not make much effort to assist me in finding them.
