Vast and elegant lobby, well-versed Reception staff, spacious and comfortable room, impressive breakfast buffet, helpful and available staff.

We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities at this hotel. The service was impeccable, with polite and helpful staff at the reception. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with a sauna, full body massage, steam room, Turkish bath, and sun loungers. We enjoyed the restaurant, the bar/ lounge area, and the exclusive private facilities. The location advantages were also a plus.

We had an unpleasant experience with the selective security checking upon arrival at the hotel. Although, we were welcomed with sweets, fruits, and a welcome message, the security inspection only targeted myself and left us feeling unwelcome.

I had an amazing birthday experience at La Cigale Hotel Managed By Accor. The F&B team surprised me with a birthday cake and a tour of their pastry production. It was a dream come true!

Located in a nice area close to the business district and next to the beach, this hotel provides a convenient location for both work and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. There are also some nice restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast buffet was really amazing, with a wide range of dishes and plenty of options to choose from. , the room was really spacious and comfortable, which is something I appreciated after a long day of work. The gym and spa facilities were also impressive and well-maintained.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, which made it a bit inconvenient to get around. , the staff at the front desk were not very helpful when I lost my sunglasses and did not make much effort to assist me in finding them.
