I had an amazing stay at Le Royal Meridien. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The service team went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They even personalized my stay with a welcome card and sweet treats in my room. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and conveniently located near a mall. The balcony offered a stunning sea view, adding to the overall experience. Despite some noise from nearby construction, the windows were soundproofed, providing a peaceful stay. The connection to the mall was a bonus, making shopping and exploring easy. I will definitely be returning to Le Royal Meridien in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location, with a convenient entrance to the mall. The decor was beautiful and very luxurious, giving me a privileged feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There were some major issues during my stay that detracted from the experience. The room was not properly prepared, with no hot water or toilet rolls and the sliding doors were not locked.

During our stay, we were thrilled with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently located right next to Vendom mall. This made it incredibly easy for us to grab takeaways from the mall and enjoy them in the comfort of our room. Speaking of the room, it was spacious and modern, providing us with a cosy and comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, and the hotel staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

One minor drawback was that the led light in the bedroom was constantly on and couldn't be turned off with a switch. We had to call the reception at midnight to resolve this issue, although they promptly sent a technician to manually switch it off.

Stepping into this hotel was like entering a world of luxury and exclusivity. A spa and wellness centre with a variety of treatments were available - I indulged in a full body massage and body wrap which left me feeling completely rejuvenated. There was a pool with stunning views, and a poolside snack bar served delicious cocktails. The restaurant's in-room breakfast was a special treat. With private facilities, the experience felt even more lavish.

While my stay at this hotel was exceptional, there was a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room which didn't cool as quickly as I would have liked. However, this was quickly resolved by maintenance, and didn't detract from my overall experience of luxury and pampering.

Exceptional service, warm atmosphere, attentive staff, amazing view, complimentary surprises, spacious and modern rooms.
