Le bruit provenant de la machinerie près de notre chambre a perturbé notre sommeil à plusieurs reprises.

The bed and pillows in my room at Vichy Celestins Spa Resort - Retaj Salwa were spotless and of superior quality. The bathroom was beautiful with never-ending hot water and a lovely deep bath. I also enjoyed the delicious room service food at great value. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The outdoor areas around the property were spacious and beautiful. The location by the lake provided a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service from all the staff, who were always available and willing to help.

Although the catering services could have more options, the room service and 24-hour room service were excellent. The leisure spa and wellness centre had a great array of facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, body scrub, massage and more.

We decided to book a table at Tamra restaurant and were amazed by the open space in the middle of the garden. Sadly, they had to repeatedly spray the area to kill insects. The view was nice, but our room didn't have a view at all. However, the bathroom was clean, and the service was satisfactory. The breakfast was decent.

The housekeeping staff didn't change the bedsheets for the three nights we stayed.

As young people, we absolutely loved our stay at Retaj Salwa. The resort had everything we needed and more. The comfortable beds, clean rooms, and beautiful ambiance made our stay truly enjoyable. The outdoor pool was huge and provided a great place to relax and soak up the sun. We also loved the stunning view of the garden. The staff, especially Ms. Bayo and Mr. Ismail, were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We can't wait to come back!

Felt like home, nothing was too much trouble.

The check-in process was speedy and we were given a spacious and beautiful villa with a pool. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The resort had excellent facilities such as a large gym and well-maintained tennis courts. It was a delightful experience overall.

This luxury hotel fulfilled all my needs for a relaxing vacation. the exclusive amenities were outstanding, with a spa and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a jacuzzi. the body scrubs and massages were of exceptional quality, and the spa lounge was serene.

My only minor issue was with housekeeping. Despite calling to complain, my bed sheets and towels were never changed during my two-night stay.

The room at Retaj Salwa Resort & Spa was so cozy with a lovely seating area and a big flat-screen TV. I loved the rainfall shower in the bathroom and the cute little balcony. It felt like a home away from home.

The air conditioning was a bit too chilly for my liking.

The hotel staff really stood out, they were always smiling and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We enjoyed the two complementary facts, we could exercise in the gym and relax in the sauna. the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs - far from the crowded city and close to our business meeting.

It took them quite some time to fulfill any request we made, and we had to call several times to remind them. we were concerned about the safety of our kids, as the lockers in the room were not secure enough.

The location is perfect for families with kids, as it offers amenities like a paddle court and sports facilities for soccer, tennis, and basketball. The room was in good condition and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Mr AlBakri Moustafa, provided excellent service and solved issues with a smile. The breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious.

The pool area can get overcrowded at times, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing swim.
