I stayed at Alpin Resort for a couple of days with my family and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely nice, the rooms were great with balconies, and the location was wow. The food at the restaurant was extremely good and value for money. The hotel had a nice indoor swimming pool and overall good breakfast. We even enjoyed the indoor activities for kids. After years of going to Brasov, this was the first time I stayed at this place and I would recommend it to anyone, whether a family, couple, or friends.

The room was spacious and we loved the electric fireplace. the indoor swimming pool was a hit, especially with the kids. the breakfast was good, with plenty of choices and delicious coffee. the hotel's location was convenient, close to attractions and offering beautiful scenery.

There were a few aspects that were not up to par. the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep.

the service at the spa was exceptional, from the friendly staff at the reception to the amazing therapists who provided a truly pampering experience. the food at lunch and dinner was delicious, and it was clear that they had a talented chef. the breakfast was also great, with the option to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery. the coffee was one of the best I've ever had, made with Julius Meinl beans. the resort also had many attractions for kids, including a huge playground and special schedules to keep them entertained. the location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. the indoor pool was a hit with the kids, being both spacious and clean. it was a lovely and enjoyable stay.
