There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was perfectly located, just a short walk from the stunning Athenaeum Music Hall and the vibrant old town. The Classic King Room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety, and the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful.

The lobby could get quite crowded during events, making it tricky to navigate.

The location is prime, right next to the stunning Athenaeum Music Hall! Breakfast was a treat—loved the almond milk coffee and fresh honeycomb! The staff at breakfast really went out of their way to be helpful!

For a quieter breakfast experience, try arriving just after the service starts, as the buffet can get busy later in the morning.

The pool was a highlight for the kids, clean and well-organized. The staff’s responsiveness was impressive, especially when we requested that our family’s rooms be close together, which they managed with ease. The buzz of the hotel added to its charm.

My wife says that the waitstaff at breakfast may have been a bit too eager. For families, it would be great if the breakfast area could be a little quieter.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including excellent wi-fi, a gym, a bar/lounge area, and a wellness center. On my first stay, the staff were incredibly helpful towards my elderly parents, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend trying the in-room breakfast for a special treat! I'm definitely coming back for a holiday.

The Classic King Room was spacious and perfectly suited for a couple's retreat, with a balcony that added a nice touch. Breakfast featured a sumptuous array, including delicious omelettes and attentive service, although the pricing felt slightly on the higher side. The staff were incredibly accommodating. for instance, when a coffee machine malfunctioned, they swiftly replaced it and brought us complimentary cappuccinos. The pool was clean and well-maintained, ideal for a refreshing swim after busy days of exploring.

We spent three nights at this lovely hotel. The restaurant serves delicious breakfasts with plenty of choices. I loved using the high-quality Crabtree and Evelyn bath supplies in the bathroom.

I enjoyed the elegant atmosphere and the central location, perfect for exploring downtown. However, the noise from events was disruptive. Breakfast had a nice variety, but I'd suggest arriving early to avoid crowds. Friendly staff made all the difference, so don’t hesitate to ask for assistance!

The staff were friendly always willing to help I asked them for extra towels and they delivered right away even with a smile. The breakfast was outstanding tons of choices fresh cooked eggs pastries just incredible. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the restaurant staff were quick there too.

It wasn’t inexpensive but for what you receive it’s reasonable.

It was just a prime choice for a flash visit in Bucharest with outstanding value for money. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Diana at the front desk, making everything more accommodating. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from events happening on the ground floor.

Couldn’t fault.

But the lounge was often crowded and not very clean. The staff were always polite and attentive. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I loved how spacious the room was and the bed was very comfy!
