breakfast had plenty of seating with a good selection. vending machine was empty.

The staff's friendliness made my trip enjoyable, and I appreciated the convenience of a mini fridge and micro for snacks. Breakfast offered a great selection, but I was disappointed that the pancake machine wasn't working.

I experienced some serious issues during my stay. First, the lobby felt very unwelcoming, which left a bad impression right away. Additionally, the noise level was unbearable as I was next to the stairwell and had to endure the slamming doors and yelling throughout the night. I had planned to get restful sleep but ended up with just a couple of hours due to the disturbances. It was genuinely frustrating for a hotel stay.

Booked a room only to find that my reservation wasn't recognized, which led to significant inconvenience and unexpected charges. On a positive note, the location near a large shopping mall provided easy access to dining and entertainment options. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the availability of a fridge and microwave was a nice touch for convenience. Breakfast choices were decent, but the noise from partying guests above me disrupted my experience significantly.

What a lekker stay! The front desk chommies were super friendly, and the brekkie was always on point! Rooms were clean and comfy, a real highlight for our family. Love the cookies at check-in, absolute treat! Plus, the pool area was just right for relaxing after a busy day.

Only thing, the carpet in the room was looking a bit tired, but nothing flipping major.

Friendly staff, clean room, with convenient access to free parking and a lovely fitness center to unwind after exploring the city.

Breakfast had good options, and coffee was always fresh in the lobby. Staff was really nice, especially a lady named Lucia who kept the breakfast area well stocked. Definitely liked the convenient location near shops and restaurants.

the location of holiday inn express was perfect, just minutes away from asu and the airport. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. we loved the outdoor pool and hot tub, perfect for our family to unwind after a busy day. the new rooms were pretty impressive too!

location is super conveniant, just a hop away from arizona mills and a bunch of eateries. rooms were clean and comfy. The staff were real chill and helpfull. brekfast had a decent spread, i loved that it was always stocked up. mini fridge and couch in the room were a nice touch too!
