Nothing it was perfect.

The room was spacious and had clean bedding. the staff was friendly and helpful with check-in and answering questions. the location was close to the main square and all the Christmas festivities, which was a huge plus. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meals at the hotel restaurant.

Our overall experience was dampened by a few negative aspects. the lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up to our room, especially since we were on a higher floor.
