The service at this place was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcome drink and the room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury. The dining experience was superb, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals, including special diet menus. The staff provided excellent customer service, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. The leisure facilities, such as the sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services, were a great way to unwind and relax. The sun terrace with sun loungers and the beautiful garden area with beach umbrellas added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The free Wi-Fi and free parking were convenient additions.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and there was free Wi-Fi in the entire property. the location was great, right in the heart of the city and close to many tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room we stayed in was outdated and the shower was weak, almost no water came out. the parking was limited and we had to park quite far from the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Baia Mare. the staff was friendly and helpful, and everyone spoke English. the room was extra large with a new and modern bathroom. the dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the price was very reasonable. the location was good, and I really enjoyed the kitsch touches and Vlad-related paraphernalia. the room had a generous size and a great view. it was a perfect hotel with a great price-value ratio.
