The spa area at Ensana was diverse and clean, perfect for relaxation. We especially enjoyed the pools, which our child loved. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious, with exquisite service from the waitresses. We even had the pleasure of enjoying live piano music during dinner. our stay at Ensana was enjoyable and we would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located right across the lake and in the center of the resort, providing easy access to various attractions. The rooms offer a lovely view of the surroundings. The staff is helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make special occasions memorable. The spa facilities are extensive, with a wide range of saunas and pools to choose from. The beds are large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The parking card required to exit the parking has a very short expiration time, causing inconvenience for guests who need to arrange their luggage and reach the exit in time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the resort, close to all the attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools and relaxation options at the spa. We didn't have a chance to try them all, but the ones we did were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. we were really impressed with the service and amenities here.

The spa facilities were impressive with many saunas and pools to choose from. The spa treatments were great and the therapists were excellent. The food was also enjoyable with some childhood desserts being rediscovered.

The staff were not always friendly, with some in the hotel reception and restaurant being unfriendly and unsmiling. There were also issues with noisy children and uneducated customers in the spa, and some ineffective rules being ignored by guests and staff alike.
