The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town, and close to all the bars and restaurants. Additionally, there was a 24-hour front desk service which was really convenient, and it allowed us to come and go freely during our New Year's festivities. We also appreciated the fact that there was a bar on site, as we were able to grab a quick drink before heading out.

Our room was in a sorry state. The bed was almost broken, and the bed linens were not clean. The bathroom had a funny smell, and the towels were dirty. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the breakfast was simply terrible. We had to wait almost an hour, and there was only toast and jam with powdered coffee. The worst part was the rude and insulting waitress. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay at Euro House was pleasant and comfortable. The night shift personnel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The cleanliness of both the hallway and our room was top-notch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a decent stay.
