The staff at this hotel were outstanding , friendly, attentive, and customer, focused. They made our stay enjoyable by accommodating our early arrival and providing excellent service throughout our visit. the room itself was clean, modern, and had a great layout. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the exercise room was well, equipped. Additionally, we appreciated the hotel's eco, friendly initiatives, such as their go green laundry option and use of recycled plates and silverware.

Our last night at the hotel was not pleasant. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the heat in our room did not work and the fan blew cold air all night.

During my stay at Springhill Suites, I experienced a very accommodating atmosphere. One particular situation stood out to me. I had a bloody nose due to the change in altitude, and the staff, especially Amber at the front desk, were excellent in handling the situation. They reassured me and were incredibly understanding. Not only that, but all the staff were nice and helpful, going above and beyond. I even witnessed the maintenance gentlemen assisting a family member in jump-starting their truck. Plus, the complimentary coffee, cookies, and the delicious breakfast with many options were great perks. I had a fantastic experience at Springhill Suites and would highly recommend it.

We loved the location, as it provided us with a great view of the mountains and ample space in our suite. the breakfast was also great; we were delighted by the abundant variety of food.
