The bed was too soft and lacked the needed support resulting in difficulty sleeping. , the room key card kept getting deactivated despite great care.

The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The level of comfort provided was excellent, with a spacious sitting area and a terrace to relax on. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the delicious meals at the dining restaurant. the staff and facilities here exceeded our expectations.
