Communication was lacking.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the extremely clean and modern property. The wide and comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, and well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge made us feel right at home. The staff, particularly Alex and Adrian, were helpful and polite throughout our stay. Parking was also easy and convenient with plenty of free and safe spots nearby.

key mix-up caused some friction

I had an amazing stay at this place! The facilities were brand new and so clean, and they even made my bed and provided towels. The owner and his brother were incredibly helpful and accommodating. It felt like a second home to me. The location was great, within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The included breakfast was an unexpected bonus, and I appreciated the 24-hour supply of coffee and water. The staff was super friendly and provided lots of information on local tours. The fast and helpful responses to my pre-arrival questions made me feel supported as a solo female traveler. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
