This hotel has an exquisite taste for luxury and exclusivity. the Spa & wellness centre offers a range of services including massages and beauty treatments, with exceptional staff that cater to your every need. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are the perfect escape for relaxation and soaking up the sun. the restaurant serves delicious continental breakfast, dinner, and packed lunches that suit different culinary needs, which is delivered to your private facilities to enjoy your meal in peace.

The hotel's live entertainment did not meet our expectations as there were only limited options. the overall service compensates well for the minor issue.

The atmosphere at Ambre Epices Medina Riad was incredibly calming and the interior design was beautiful. The staff, especially Karim, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and provided excellent service. The breakfasts were delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

The breakfast was really delicious with fresh pastries and bread, and also eggs cooked to order. the hotel was easy to get to with plenty of transportation options nearby. the staff were really helpful and friendly, offering great recommendations for things to do in the area. One of the best things about the hotel was the beautiful architecture and decor, which gave it a unique and charming vibe.

I didn't have the best experience during my Easter holiday at the hotel. the room I stayed in was quite small and smelled musty.

The hotel was very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The roof terrace and sitting area inside provided great spaces to relax. The dinner was good, although not traditional or fancy. However, the breakfast on the roof was excellent with a variety of options and freshly squeezed orange juice.

The staff, especially Kamal, Karim, and Abdurahim, were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the hotel's facilities, such as the in-house hammam, added to the overall experience.
