I had such a wonderful experience at this luxury hotel! The location is perfect, situated on the edge of a beautiful dendrologic park. The service was top-notch, with attentive room service and housekeeping. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a delicious welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The room itself was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The mini-bar was fully stocked, and I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with the comfortable garden furniture. The soundproofed rooms ensured a quiet and peaceful stay. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including free toiletries. The flat-screen TV and cozy carpeted floor added to the overall comfort of the room.

Great food, especially the meat dishes and desserts. The chef really knows his art and the portions were generous. The location was also beautiful, surrounded by nature and near the forest. It was a peaceful and scenic setting.

The service was absolutely terrible. The wait staff seemed completely disinterested and were extremely slow.
