Efficient staff, although the check-in process felt a bit rushed due to demand. A few issues emerged—cold nights due to insufficient blankets and a TV remote hiccup. Pet-friendly should not mean pet-heavy; the barking disrupted tranquility. Cleanliness could improve, particularly in carpet upkeep. That said, the location is prime with plenty of dining options nearby. Would definitely stay again, despite some hiccups. The cute puppy sighting was a bonus.

The property is clean and well-stocked, plus the staff are super nice, helping me feel welcomed during my stay. check-in could be smoother, as I did face a wait for my room.
